Abby Taylor

Abby earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. She has extensive courtroom experience, having conducted numerous jury trials and appeared before both the California Court of Appeal and the California Supreme Court. Abby has litigated several high-profile matters, including a case that attracted international media attention.

In addition to her litigation work, Abby played a key role in developing the practical implementation of newly enacted legislation aimed at addressing racial disparities within the Orange County court system, contributing to how the law continues to evolve across California. She served as a senior litigator with the Orange County Public Defender’s Office before transitioning to private practice in December 2025.

Abby is also a qualified solicitor of England and Wales and holds a current practicing certificate. She is an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a member of American Women Lawyers in London (AWLL).
