Koko Robayo

Koko Robayo is a Legal Assistant at Prudential Advocate, where she supports attorneys with case management, document preparation, and administrative coordination across estate planning, trust administration, probate, and estate and trust litigation matters.

Koko transitioned into the legal field as part of her long-term goal of becoming an attorney, bringing with her a strong foundation in office administration and executive support. She has worked as an Executive Assistant to CEOs and supported multiple small businesses, where she managed operations, coordinated high-level schedules, and handled sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Her background also includes extensive customer service experience, allowing her to approach client interactions with attentiveness, empathy, and clear communication.

In her current role, Koko assists with organizing case files, preparing correspondence, and supporting the day-to-day needs of both attorneys and clients. Known for her diligence, reliability, and strong work ethic, she is committed to expanding her knowledge in the legal field while providing thoughtful and consistent support to the firm and its clients.
